S13 – SoniLaser

S1 – Mould Polishing
S1 – Mould Polishing offers the highest quality abrasive polishing on glass moulds with polishing tools specially designed for S1.
S1 produces a mirror surface on blank and blow moulds providing an optimal high-quality for efficient container glass production.
Unthreaded neck rings can also be polished on S1 using a chuck (optional).
S2-Casper – Tribofinition
S2-Casper – Tribofinition provides a perfect automatic fine polishing for every mould shape cavity and for PB & NNPB plungers.
S2-Casper works automatically thanks to a vibration system using chips of ceramic and porcelain with polishing oil.
RS4P – Plunger Polishing
RS4P – Plunger Polishing provides optimum polishing quality and a mirror finish surface on both new and repaired glass plungers for an efficient container glass production.
RS4P is an indispensable technology in NNPB processes.
